Core Values
NPOdev functions under the guidance of a set of core values that are the epitome of its existence and essential to vitality. These values guide how we work together internally and with our partners, serve our clients, and generally do business:
- Integrity – conduct business in such a way that it is above reproach
- The way in which we conduct business is as equally important as that which we do. The business will be managed honestly, directly, and with accountability while upholding the highest ethical standards and conduct.
- Excellence – always striving to do our best
- In everything that we do, incessant quality and improvement are hallmarks. We strive to be innovative and continually learn on a personal and organizational level in order to better serve all constituents, stakeholders, and customers thereby being reliable.
- Empowerment – enabling our people and those we serve to be successful in what they do
- We will properly train, guide, and encourage those involved in the internal processes and external services so that positive results will be achieved. Flexibility and balance piloted by great leadership, prudent practices, and agreed upon strategies will produce competent outcomes and successes for both our employees and our clients.
- Teamwork – communication, unity, and valuing others for the betterment of the whole
- We will communicate actively and openly, build trust by honoring our commitments and promises, serve one another, show respect, and focus upon and utilize the strengths of each other in order to build mutualistic and collaborative relationships that are resourceful and able to meet the demands of any situation.
- Outreach and Community Service – giving back, off the top, before anything else
- We realize that we would not exist without first God, and second those we serve. We believe that serving others supports Empowerment thereby setting others up to succeed; and therefore is only natural. Through philanthropy and by being socially and environmentally responsible in areas pertaining to our business, we hope to affect positive social change within our sphere of influence. One of the key outcomes will be the Christian Education & Training Fund/Foundation.
