NPOdev, A Division of AnStaff World Ministries, is itself a not-for-profit company. This is a drastic differential among consulting agencies and service based companies in this arena.
The concept driving NPOdev and Anstaff World Ministries is that of a “living endowment”. This term is widespread in Catholic school circles and refers to the sisters, brothers and priests that educated several generations of immigrant families, while themselves living a vow of poverty. Traditionally parochial schools have had no financial endowment; rather they flourished at very low cost to families because of extremely low overhead–thanks to their living endowment. AWM desires to be the new living endowment serving Christian schools and churches, mission organizations and missionaries, and small nonprofits and community-based organizations least able to afford consulting services in order to accelerate their impact for Christ.
Typically speaking, the deterence from using a for-profit structured consultancy is that they are simply too expensive for the small nonprofit, including Christian schools and churches, mission organizations and missionaries, and small nonprofits and community-based organizations.
Tying into the fabric of AnStaff World Ministries and its divisions, high quality work, an economical cost structure supported by high end technology and community building infrastructure, as well as leveraging partnerships within the industry and between the clients served, allows AWM to not merely provide value and to not merely innovation, but to truly provide value innovation for our clients.

Stewardship. NPOdev acknowledges that we all are stewards of that which God has given us. The resultant social and environmental issues birthed from humanity’s poor stewardship are a responsbility of all. NPOdev’s model involves contributing 10% off the top of revenues in order to begin establishing the Christian Education & Training Fund in hopes that this Fund will become a Foundation.
On top of this NPOdev empowers its employees to devote time, experience, and passion to community engagements by encouraging them to donate 1% of their working time to the various communities they are involved in.
